Bringing History to the Public

Bloxham Village Museum

The Museum celebrates its 36th birthday in 2017 with a great Exhibition – “Are you being served?”.
Our show cases were originally in the Ashmolean Museum and are very easy to see either on foot or from a wheel chair and there is an adjacent carpark from which there is a tarmac surface to the Museum.

There is a large sign hanging outside above the main A362 next to the Church and the entry is on the Southern side visible on this photograph.  The 1749 fire engine is outside on our open days so long as we are certain it will not rain.
