Charlbury Museum


Local history museum with displays which illustrate the traditional crafts and industries of Charlbury. Large archive of maps and photographic material relating to specific events of the town’s history and day-to-day life. Of particular note is a period model of a local school dating from 1815 and used at the time to collect the children’s fee of a penny a week.
